Reservation Policy

Upon arrival, pull up to the stop sign and call the number on the yellow sign

After-Dark Arrival Policy
For the safety of our guests and staff, the park is closed after dark.
As part of this safety protocol, no arrivals or parking are permitted after dark.
​
You may check local sunset times by searching “last light Wells, NV” to determine when it will be dark. If extenuating circumstances arise, please call (775) 752-2736 in advance, and we will do our best to assist. We appreciate your cooperation and respect for this policy.

Day Use

Applies to sleeping, resting, picnicking, private photo shoots, and access to our activites/facilities

Cancellation and reservation changes
To request a cancellation or make changes to your reservation, please email info@wsrvpark.com and include your reservation confirmation number.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged one night’s stay
Children Policy
We love having families visit and want all children to have a safe and enjoyable stay.

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times

Unattended or roaming is not permitted anywhere on the property

DOG Policy
We are animal lovers and welcome well-behaved dogs. Our goal is to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.

Dogs must be on a leash at all times

Owners are required to clean up after their pets immediately

A $10 cleanup fee will be charged if pet waste is not picked up

Pets may not be tied up or left unattended outside at any time

Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or unruly dogs are not permitted

Owners must maintain full control of their dogs at all times

For your pet’s enjoyment, feel free to ask us about designated safe areas where dogs may run, as well as the location of our dog toy bin.
​
Dogs of any breed displaying aggressive or hostile behavior will be required to leave the campground immediately, along with their owners, without refund.
​

Additional Info
As of March 15, 2022, we no longer accept Passport America, Good Sam, or Escapees RV Club discounts. We are committed to keeping our rates as fair and reasonable as possible for all guests. Due to rising operational costs, this change was necessary. We appreciate your understanding and hope you’ll still come experience our unique high desert oasis in Northeast Nevada—truly a place like no other.

US Supporting Our Heroes
To honor our Veterans and First Responders, we donate $5 per site stay on behalf of those who have served. All donations are contributed to the Tunnels to Towers Foundation at the end of each camping season, a cause we are proud to support.
Guests are also welcome to contribute during their visit by stopping by our museum and donating in the blue box. Thank you to our Veterans, First Responders, and all who support this meaningful cause.
