 Arrival & Check-In

• Check-in begins strictly at 1:00 PM (Pacific Time) — early arrivals are not permitted

• Upon arrival, pull up to the stop sign and call the number on the yellow sign

• All guests are escorted to their site

 After-Hours Policy

• The park is closed after dark

•  NO check-ins are permitted after closing to ensure the safety of our guests and staff—please plan your arrival accordingly.

If you have extenuating circumstances, please call us in advance, and we will do our best to assist.

• Check-out time is 11:00 AM (Pacific Time)

Booking Notice

Please note: when you begin the booking process, the selected site will be temporarily held for up to 15 minutes to give you time to complete your reservation. If you exit or back out before finishing, the site may appear unavailable during that time. It will automatically become available again once the hold expires.

Access Denied Message

If you receive an “access denied” message after attempting to complete your booking, this is often related to browser cookies or session timeouts. Before trying again, please check your email to see if you received a confirmation message—this will indicate that your reservation and payment were successfully processed.

If you did not receive a confirmation email, you can try clearing your browser cookies/cache or using a different browser or device before attempting to book again.
